At Duell's
Evansville Chrysler Kia Mazda Volvo, WE LOVE RACING!. Our favorite
is Drag Racing.
Dave Duell was a famous Drag Racer in the 60's. Dave raced the
Original '63 Drag'n Wag'n with factory support from Chrysler and held
NHRA Records in 1968, '69, & '70. In 1990, Dave returned to Drag
Racing with a 1964 Plymouth. Doug Duell built a 1967 Plymouth
Barracuda which he still races today. In 1995 Dave recreated the
Drag'n Wag'n from a 1964 Plymouth Fury he purchased out of Colorado.
The Drag'n Wag'n, with its front Wheels-Up launch
 and sub 10 second
quarter mile passes, has become a huge fan favorite. After Dave's
passing in December of 2005, Doug took over driving duties of the Drag'n
Wag'n. With Dave as a co-pilot, Doug was fortunate enough to win
the 2006 M.C.G. Chrysler Classic Points Championship. After
refreshing the Indy 540 Wedge, the Drag'n Wag'n will be ready to defend
its championship in 2007. As you can see, at the Duell's
